See the full resultsBefore recommending campaigns, we need to understand the programme. Who is it for? Who pays? How do they decide? When can a student start, and how many places can you actually deliver?
Those questions affect the advertising. A parent considering a year-long programme needs different information from someone buying a single revision session. An offer with fixed intake dates has different timing from one that accepts students throughout the year.
We use that context to review the message, the next step and the way results are measured. An increase in bookings can look positive until it fills the diary with calls that were never likely to become enrolments.
Parents may want to understand the subject coverage, teaching format, timetable, level of support and cost before speaking to you. The advert cannot explain every detail, but it should lead into a page that answers the important questions clearly.
We look for gaps between the promise in the advert and the information on the website. We also consider the booking process and the questions that help establish whether the programme is suitable.
There is a balance to find. An unnecessarily difficult form can lose a suitable parent. A form that tells you almost nothing can fill the calendar while leaving all the qualification to the person taking the call. The right choice depends on where time is being lost and what the enquiry data shows.
Meta can introduce a programme to parents who have not yet searched for a provider. That makes the explanation of the offer especially important. Someone needs a reason to stop, understand the relevance and take the next step.
We consider the creative, the landing page and the route to an enquiry together. We also look at how to stay visible to people who have already shown interest without assuming that everyone will make the decision after one visit.
The account structure should reflect the programme and the evidence available. There is no reason to copy another provider's targeting or campaign setup just because it produced a good result for them.
Google Ads can be useful when people are actively searching for the teaching or training you provide. Before proposing a campaign, we would assess the searches, the offer and whether the likely acquisition cost makes sense for the business.
Broad education searches can include people looking for free resources, employment or a type of provision you do not offer. A campaign needs to distinguish those intentions rather than treating every education-related click as a potential student.
Our Physics Pathway results below come from Meta. They should not be read as evidence that a Google Ads campaign would produce the same outcome. Channel selection is a separate decision based on your own market and economics.
Physics Pathway runs a year-long A-level tuition programme. Every sale happens after a call between the founder, David, and a parent. That made the quality of booked calls particularly important.
We took over Meta management in July 2025. The account was rebuilt around broad prospecting, a lookalike audience based on booked calls and ongoing remarketing. Keeping activity running between intakes was part of the approach for this programme, rather than treating each intake as an entirely separate launch.
For the measured period from 1 May to 31 July 2026, 97% of booked calls were attended and 66% of booked calls resulted in an enrolment and deposit. The reported return on ad spend was 13.5x, using Meta Ads Manager alongside the client's enrolment records.
Those figures describe one business and one period. David's offer and the conversations he had with parents remained essential to the outcome. The advertising did not conduct the sales calls or deliver the tuition.
Advertising decisions need to account for your teaching capacity. If a cohort is almost full, increasing enquiry volume may create more administration without increasing enrolments. If the next intake is months away, the message and follow-up need to reflect that.
We discuss the intake calendar, available places and the point at which an enquiry becomes too late for the current programme. That helps us decide when to build interest, when to invite a booking and when to change the message.
Continuous advertising is not automatically the right answer. It needs a useful role between intakes and a budget the business can justify. The Physics Pathway approach is an example to learn from, not a timetable every provider should copy.
A useful report distinguishes enquiries, booked calls, attended calls and enrolled students. If deposits and full payments occur at different times, that distinction matters too.
Review what people expect from the programme and how the booking process works.
Look more closely at suitability, the offer and the sales conversation.
These are diagnostic examples, not conclusions about your campaigns. We check the records before recommending a change.
We agree what your records can reliably show and how long a lead needs before its outcome is assessed. That gives both sides a more useful discussion than simply asking whether this week's lead cost went up or down.
The work is most useful when you have a programme people already buy, room to deliver it and someone responsible for following up enquiries. We need access to the advertising history and a practical way to learn what happened after each booking.
We agree ownership of campaign management, creative, website changes and tracking before work starts. Your team brings the subject knowledge and the facts about the programme. Those details should shape the advertising rather than being added after the campaign is built.
Tutoring is the education area demonstrated by the case study on this page. For another type of education or training business, we would discuss the offer, decision process and delivery requirements before confirming whether we are a suitable fit.
No. Enrolments depend on the programme, pricing, availability, follow-up and the decision made by the parent or student. We can agree what the advertising should contribute and how to measure that contribution.
You do need enough funding for a meaningful campaign and the work around it. The sensible amount depends on the offer, capacity and customer economics. We would rather discuss those than suggest a universal budget for every provider.
Bring your programme details, intake dates and any figures you have for enquiries, calls and enrolments. We can then discuss whether the priority is reaching more suitable people or improving what happens once they enquire.
