No. We work on 30 days’ written notice. When you sign with ADdictive, we’re trusting you to give us a fair trial, and we back ourselves to prove our value in the first month. Most of our clients have been with us for years, and we’ve never needed a contract to keep them. If you want a longer agreement, usually in exchange for a discounted retainer, or things like exclusivity and non-competes, we can do that too.
Always. Your Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft accounts belong to you, and so does everything we build in them: the historical data, the audiences, the conversion tracking. If you leave, it all goes with you. Some agencies hold accounts hostage when a client tries to move on. We think that says a lot about them.
We charge a base monthly retainer or 10% of your media spend, whichever is higher. The retainer floor means you get proper senior attention even on a smaller budget, and the percentage means our fee grows only if your account does. For bigger budgets or longer-term agreements, we’ll put together a bespoke retainer. Whatever we agree, it’s all itemised upfront in your proposal, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Most UK agencies charge somewhere between 10% and 20% of media spend, or a fixed retainer of roughly £1,000 to £5,000+ a month, depending on scope. We sit at the lower end of that range, charging a base retainer or 10% of spend, whichever is higher. Given you’re getting senior people working directly on your account, we think that’s good value, but we’d say that. Book a call and judge for yourself.
The people you meet in the pitch are the people who run your campaigns. We’re a small senior team, and we work hands-on in every account, every week. Plenty of agencies win your business with a director and then hand you to a junior. We can’t do that even if we wanted to, because there’s no junior to hand you to.
Weekly as standard, more when something needs your attention. You’ll always know what’s changed in the account, why we changed it, and what’s coming next. Our reporting focuses on leads, revenue and cost per acquisition. Impressions and clicks have their place, but nobody’s finance director cares about them.
We aim to deliver improvements from the start, but 60 to 90 days after launch is a fair point to judge success. A lot depends on your account history and budget, because PPC accounts need a certain amount of data before optimisation really bites. The early wins usually come from fixing broken tracking, cutting wasted spend and sorting out structure. The bigger gains build from there.
The first month is a full audit of your accounts, tracking and historical data, then fixing whatever’s leaking budget and restructuring where needed. In month two, the rebuilt campaigns bed in while we test audiences, creative and bidding. By month three we’re optimising off real performance data and you’ll have a clear picture of what scaling looks like. At no point should you be wondering what we’re up to.
Access to your accounts and analytics, honest feedback on lead quality, and time with whoever knows your customers best. And a willingness to hear it if your landing pages need work, because even brilliant campaign management can’t fix traffic being sent to a page that doesn’t convert.
Our sweet spot is businesses spending £10,000 or more a month on paid media, both B2C and B2B. That’s the level where senior expertise and proper testing really pay for themselves. We’ve worked across telecoms, finance, energy, home products and a fair bit else, with brands like Zen Internet and Love Energy Savings.
No fixed minimum, but PPC needs meaningful investment to work. What “meaningful” means depends on your industry, how competitive the auction is, and your account history. We work with everyone from ambitious scale-ups to large corporations, though most of our clients spend £10,000 a month or more.
